The Platinum Status Wedding Package is designed for the bride that wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy being in love while the planner coordinates each and every luxurious detail of your dream wedding!
The Platinum Status Wedding Package includes (but is not limited to):
• Customized budget development & management
• Regular wedding planning meetings as needed (in person or via teleconference)
• Development of personalized countdown checklist
• Assistance with selection of ceremony & reception location
• Assistance with selection of wedding attire, stationery, & favors
• Recommendation of suitable vendors that meet your ideal vision
• Management of vendor relations
• Personalized RSVP tracking & guest management
• Assistance with accommodations for wedding party & out-of-town guests
• Rehearsal direction & instruction
• Includes complete wedding day coordination
• His/hers restroom amenity baskets for use during reception
• Decoration of wedding suite within 5 miles of event location
GOLD PACKAGE
If you've started the planning process but need assistance securing ideal vendors and adding that personalized touch to your wedding, the Gold Status Wedding Package is for you! Lachelle Lane Events & Design will create a plan for all of your wedding needs.
The Gold Status Wedding Package includes (but is not limited to):
• Budget review & assistance
• Up to six wedding planning meetings
• Development of personalized countdown checklist
• Initial walk-through of selected ceremony & reception site
• Vendor referral for those not yet selected
• Etiquette Advisement
• Attendance at final meetings with caterer & venue managers
• Confirmation of vendors services 2 weeks & again at 5 days prior to wedding
• Rehearsal direction & instruction
• Includes complete wedding day coordination
SILVER PACKAGE
For the bride who's planned the wedding but needs help orchestrating the final product, the Silver Status Wedding Package is for you! Lachelle Lane Events & Design will be there to assist you four weeks prior to your BIG day.
The Silver Status Wedding Package includes (but is not limited to):
• Two progress meetings to review wedding details
• Initial walk-through of selected ceremony & reception site
• Final review of vendor contracts
• Confirmation of all vendor services one week prior to wedding
• Detailed itinerary for vendors & service providers
• Rehearsal direction & instruction
• Includes complete wedding day coordination
